- Use seat belts wherever fitted and keep children supervised.
- Do not distract the driver or pressure the driver to speed.
- Keep aisles, doors and emergency exits clear.
- Secure luggage and do not carry illegal or hazardous items.
- Take reasonable rest breaks during long journeys.
Vehicle and route conditions
Exact amenities, permits, luggage arrangement and seating layout must be confirmed before travel. Road, traffic, weather, security and regulatory conditions can require route or schedule changes.
Urgent passenger transport
“Emergency Cab Services” means time-sensitive passenger transportation subject to vehicle availability. It is not an ambulance, medical transport or emergency-response service.
