1. Enquiry and confirmation
Submitting a website form, calling, emailing or sending a WhatsApp message is an enquiry and does not itself confirm a vehicle. A booking is confirmed only after availability, itinerary, vehicle category, fare, inclusions and required advance are agreed in writing.
2. Accurate journey information
The passenger making the booking must provide accurate pickup and destination points, dates, timings, passenger count, luggage, stops and special requirements. Material changes may affect vehicle availability and the quotation.
3. Vehicle category and availability
Vehicles are quoted by category and passenger capacity. Exact make, model, year, colour, seating layout, luggage space and amenities must be confirmed. If an agreed vehicle becomes unavailable, any alternative will be discussed before the journey wherever reasonably possible.
4. Fare and additional charges
The written quotation should state the base fare and whether tolls, parking, interstate permits, taxes, driver allowance, night charges, waiting, extra kilometres and additional stops are included or payable separately.
5. Payment
Advance amount, balance payment timing and accepted payment method are stated for the specific booking. Keep the written quotation and payment acknowledgement for reference.
6. Passenger responsibilities
- Be ready at the agreed pickup time.
- Do not exceed the confirmed passenger or luggage capacity.
- Follow applicable law and reasonable driver safety instructions.
- Do not carry illegal, hazardous or prohibited items.
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
7. Schedule and route conditions
Travel time can change because of traffic, weather, road closures, police restrictions, permits, breakdowns or other circumstances outside reasonable control. Allow adequate time for flights, trains, appointments and events.
8. Cancellation and changes
Cancellations and itinerary changes are handled under the Cancellation and Refund Policy and any booking-specific terms stated in the quotation.
The journey-specific written quotation takes priority if it clearly differs from these general terms.
