Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation conditions can vary by vehicle, route, date and supplier commitment. The exact terms for your journey should be stated in the written quotation.

Requesting a cancellation

Contact the booking team as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp and provide the booking reference, passenger name, travel date and route. A cancellation is recorded after the team acknowledges it in writing.

Cancellation charges

Any cancellation charge depends on notice provided, vehicle category, travel date, permits, supplier commitments and costs already incurred for the booking. Journey-specific cancellation conditions stated in the written quotation apply.

Where no fixed cancellation amount was stated, the team will explain any committed or non-recoverable cost before confirming the refund calculation.

Eligible refunds

If a refund is due, the eligible amount is calculated after applicable cancellation charges and non-recoverable booking expenses. The refund method and expected processing time will be communicated in writing. Bank or payment-provider processing time may apply after a refund is initiated.

Changes instead of cancellation

Date, time, route, passenger count and vehicle changes are subject to availability and may require a revised quotation. A change is confirmed only after the revised details and price are accepted in writing.

Cancellation by the service provider

If the confirmed transport cannot be provided, the team may offer a suitable alternative or communicate the refund applicable to the affected service. This does not cover unrelated passenger expenses unless explicitly agreed in writing.
